I know I should have taken a picture ... I feel like I've talked here about him before...
He's quite lanky, about 6'2"ish, dark haired, very pale. He's mainly attired in your classic normcore gear: Lord Anthony, brown action slacks, the sorts of knockoff versions of Clarks that only people who presented late 80s 'Micro' tv shows could have worn, that sort of thing. He has some thickish steel-framed lenses in a very unfashionable style. Basically pretty untemarkable looking.
But - and it's a pretty big but- he's wearing a pyramid on his head made of brass or copper wire (quite thick, about 4 or 5mm). It sits snugly on his crown, the point only sticks up an inch or two.
I saw him maybe ten years ago on New Oxord St. Walking west. Last week I saw him on Oxford Street, around corner of Gt Titchfield St, I think early evening. Walking west. Dunno if the direction of travel is significant. Oxford Street definitely is the common factor here.
Has anybody ever seen this guy? He's my favourite random Londoner. So gutted I didn't take, or ask even ask him to pose for, a photo.
