The team was Dutch from its inception and the management remains the same. It wouldn't surprise me if they went back to being registered as a Dutch team now Dumoulin is a world star.

I think Barguil doesn't want to end up riding the Tour as a domestique for Dumoulin. You have to admire his ambition, even if you don't quite understand why moving to a new Pro-Conti French team matches it.
