I think unless you want to spend £80+ for the fancy waterproof types, you're probs best off sticking to the cheap ones. I've used something similar to this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/High-precision-Multifunctional-Back-Lit-Stainless-Batteries/dp/B01JKX4QAC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1505582448&sr=8-1&keywords=digital+scales+0.01 in most places I've worked, and they are pretty forgiving usually. If they get a bit wet, quite often just taking out the batteries and leaving them somewhere warm for a while seems to revive them.
Thanks, I passed Bbq/Passion Fruit today and they guy there said pretty much the same. Will stick with tried & tested, making more effort to not soak.
