had to ream 0.5mm off the steerer bore to get it to fit over my carbon steerer
Your steerer must be pretty fat, the bores on current production are already 28.7mm
0.5mm is probably an exaggeration. Just a couple of loops with the reamer. Out of interest what was the order of operations for making these?
