Maybe I should just have the spacer turned down
It would be a bugger to chuck up, probably easier to hold it down on a mini pallet with a few toe clamps and mill off the excess, but the practicality of that would depend on the position of any o-ring grooves

Any good?
That's going to be 1.5" bore isn't it?
-
• #755
Ah, his forks aren't. Gotcha

System six has same size headtube?
-
• #758
It's the bearings I used but kept the original top conical cap. You're right about the milling, it's he all too easy to crush the thin lip in the jaws.
Thanks @PhilDAS I've got a spare large one of these from my system six so I can check it for clearance and fit before buying. postage in the eBay one is bonkers for 3g of metal.

I have in the past, but I don't keep them in stock. If you need one or more, let me know what size(s) and I can add them to the order.

Guesstimate of cost for 4-5?
-
• #762
I don't need to guess, they're the same price as 1⅛" as long as the OD is 50mm or less. If they are bigger than that, it will be +£20 for the whole order to cover the bigger stock, which you may be able to split with spotter if he still wants a 57mm one for his fatty head tube.

• #765
Oh yes, if tester can, I was about to import something from the USA
-
• #766
Good timing!
@mdcc_tester - could you let us know costs please? I still have your bank details if they're unchanged from last year.
-

58mm/2mm/x2/black
£27.50 assuming @spotter takes a share of the big material. @MechaMorgan might be part of it too if he still wants 1¼" covers and they are bigger than 50mm.

Oversize material was despatched today, apparently. This batch will close when it arrives, so anybody wanting anything odd should speak now or hold their peace until 2018.

@mdcc_tester Have just purchased first TT bike (Felt B16 2013) and it has a dome FSA spacer that prevents the stem going lower. I assume I need one of your headset covers?
-
• #773
Wow, they really went full MAMIL on that one. Take measurements and let me know what size you need

Any stock in 45x3?
I have diameters of 45,46,47 & 48mm and depths of 2,3 & 4mm. They are all in stock in black anodised.
That looks nothing like the one in your bike pictures
