Just a gesture. Just for today Jon. Just for pedestrians. Just to maybe make a small difference when folks will read the news this morning and be tempted to condemn us all.

No disrespect to the deceased or pedestrians intended. Of course, give way where it is expected but waving people out (where it's not anticipated), in my experience, is the number one cause of accidents or near misses in central London. It only serves to make already congested roads even more unpredictable.
