Depends on the age of the bike.

As @M_V says: If the bike is pre-August 1986 it doesn't need indicators. Mirrors are not compulsory.

Also if it is a British twin all those parts could have shaken themselves loose and fallen off.

Just found this thread to ask a question.
Seen some bloke regularly on my commute who rides a cafe racer type thing. No mirrors or indicators.
Is that legal?
