Now really, really want to build a 2CV to leave with my folks in France. It was my old man's first car too.

The only problem is I don't think you can have a/c with EVs and a few of the 2cv builds I've found don't have working heaters.... leaving a relatively small window of daytime driving in the year.
Quick estimation would be that it just needs to do 40-50mph with a range of 30 miles.
