So I started fitting my new brakes and I decided that, this time, I cared enough to trim the cables. It promptly started raining and I despite double checking my new length, I expect I will get pissed off with it being a bit on the short side.
Having stopped swearing into the night sky, I have three questions.
Will a slightly sharp bend out of the lever lead to imminent firey death or just accelerated wear?
Can I reuse the length of BH-90 I have from the old brakes, or will a firey death await me?
Why did my new M6000 brakes come with the older (?) BH-59 hose?
Anyone know about reusing hose? I have a good length of BH90 I'd like to reuse (from the old brakes I'm replacing - caliper seals are leaking) rather than buy a new set.
