Update on where we are. Everything up to a 55 is welded, and just missing headtube badges, bridges and braze ons, these will be done just before paint, as the second it's got flux on it will rust.
About half way through and I've realised timings in theory were OK but I didn't take in to consideration life getting in the way, staff being ill, and also the accumulative time lost over little things like bottle changes, torch maintenance (ie me breaking perspex cup) and so on.
In the workspaces we have now we won't be doing batches this big going forward, it's not practical purely from a space point of view.
I wouldn't say I'm bored of welding as I love it, but fuck me it's a lot of fucking welding.
