Have you got that combination with this frame?

Given @dammit 's comment about the shape of the hose that came out it sounds like this frame is not intended to take cable pull brakes.

I'm confident its not. All of the OTP are shimano hydro. But I'm gonna give it a bash

You are over-estimating Cannondale's ability to design good bikes. Do document though, you know .. for the lols.
