Ha, fun. Funny.
It was the kind of course that reminded me I should have done some training pre-season and I shouldn't get pissed the night before a race.
Kept cramping up then on the last half a lap the left calf completely knotted. Could barely remount and I was in total agony. Collapsed after the line and had a steward stretching me out. I can barely walk today such is the aftermath.
See you Saturday at round 2.
Eastern league in Chelmsford was the annual reminder to sharpen up my dismounts with 5 per lap. All followed by hard accelerations as the rest of the course was so fast. @Ramsaye looked like he was having lots of fun too.
