Bringing up an old thread, would be happy for either full bike or just frameset for the right price

Have a Fuji Track - frame, forks, stem, bars, seat post, saddle, headset, front and rear brake (no crank, bb, cables, levers or wheels...) for £70 (if that seems reasonable?). Only caveat: seat post appears to be frozen. I've done nothing to try and free it, so it might not be a disaster... I think I got it in 06 or 07, is the red and white colour way.
