  • My recent bike fit identified that while I'd actually set up my bike pretty well, my low back pain / stiffness over long distances was probably a result of excessive hip movement. Itself probably caused by shit glutes. Anyone else managed to succesfully improve this issue?

  • I have a couple of exercises / stretches to work on, hopefully I'll start to get somewhere eventually if I work on it daily.

    It was pretty surprising to see just how much hip movement I had, no wonder my back was getting tired.
