Do you find any issue with casette fouling the tensioner?

Was having issues with my pompino.

Yes but only ever so slightly.
I shaved about 0.5mm from the inside of the tug and it clears it just fine.

Can always fit an axle washer on inside and spread the frame a mm

What hub, axle, derailleur, cassette, shifter is that? And did you just spread the frame if it's 130?
