For my ISEN #4

Deciding if I should wait for the new Ultegra R8070, or go for a used DA9070 partial groupset for £730 (Shifters, calipers, derailleurs, BTR2 battery).

If I get frame before October, I can wait until then when the current Ultegra Grouppo is currently scheduled for.

If it is likely it slips to December I'll be sad.
