You need to get fluid in.
You can do this before you finish putting the tyre on the rim (though if it goes wrong this can be messy) or inject it in after you have got the tyre on.
That little bottle is designed for refilling sealant if you have had a puncture. Buy a big bottle and a syringe.

Yeah, I'm getting a big bottle. Should be able to get a large syringe from a chemist or ebay.
There's no way I'd do the pour in method in my flat. One failure inside here and tubeless is going in the fucking bin.
The tyre is still up which is surprising as everyone else seemed to suggest they lost air pretty fast.
