Does anyone know where I can get Vital Wheat Gluten Flour for Seitan ?
I'd rather go to a shop for it than pay online postage.
I'm in SE18.

Most health food shops have it but it's silly money compared to buying 2kg online with free shipping. Whole foods, planet organic, holland and Barrett all have it.
The little bags in shops only last 2 or 3 batches and isn't really cost effective in my mind.

Thanks - can you point me in the direction of that 2kg free shipping because I can't find it.
My nearest Holland and Barrett doesn't have it - tried today.
