are ranging from amaze to rubbish. which suggest to me they are rubbish but have gotten people to add good reviews. from the above:

Reviews of all estate agents are typically on average awful because they include reviews from tenants who naturally / typically hate them. As do buyers to a lesser extent.

Thats a very good point. While I am a renter I haven't had to deal with EA ever as I have a great landlord that I deal directly with.
