Is there any reason nowadays to put up a satellite dish?
Someone has asked about putting one up, and it seemed like a really odd thing to do nowadays.
To get European channels not available by other means.
For satellite broadband or tv in rural areas without ground based broadband.
Whole host of them around me for receiving Turkish TV.
Or basically anywhere that doesn't have fibre and wants extra Sky channels which is still a lot of places.
