Received a full bike a few days ago which had been severely damaged in transit (paint all scratched discs damaged etc). Messaged the seller asking to return the item and haven't heard anything back. I've opened a claim through ebay but that tells me I may have to wait 21 days.
Has anyone got any advice on how to hurry this up or is it just a waiting game?
