Seems a bit weird that they're not trying to get me to post it first or something in that case.
Maybe they're just a twat!

update: apparently they're waiting for a payment in GBP, so they can avoid currency conversion fee :-/

They can be pretty brutal. I had to use PayPal for something like Argentinian or Uruguain pesos once and was absolutely reamed - upfront fee + % + screwed on the fx.
