    Good morning **** and *******,

    I hope you had a lovely weekend.

    To confirm, our fee covers marketing through all offices and web portals, photos and floorplans etc. along with chasing the sale up to exchange and completion, you are not charged a fee unless an exchange takes place.
    You are only liable to pay us a fee, if the same buyer that we have introduced your property too proceeds through the next agent, so if you were to terminate our contract, we would send you a list of all buyers names that we took to your property.

    No, that's sound. The only other thing to check is whether they sign you to a long sole agency agreement so you can't end the contract if they turn out to be shit. Lots do no contract, 8 weeks is pretty OK, much more than that can naff off.

    If I was Mr or Ms Pedders I'd do an amusing day-in-the-life blog called the Pedder Files.
