Ordered a pair of Brooks running shoes from an ebay business seller after trying on a couple of different model Brooks trainers in a shop (none of the sale ones were the right size).
The correct size when trying on with sports socks was 7.5 E (ie a wide atypical size), so I bought the same size online.
They've arrived and they are too long and too narrow. Usually I'd chalk it up to experience, but even being generous with possible differences in models these seem to be manifestly incorrectly sized - I'd put money on them being at least an 8 normal width.
Does it seem reasonable to say the product "doesn't match description".
