If you re-tune a magnet with the correct frequency healing crystal,
it will suck those fibres straight out.

yeah but what frequency? I have Elestial Quartz, but will this work? My heart says no.
Shall I supplement with isochronic tones? It may be to high, I don't want to cause more problems!

Need to check the polarity as well.
Don't want to send them further into your flesh.

I have found some* particularly itchy fibres can be coaxed out with sharp blade held at non-incising angle dragged across skin.

*not necessarily a total solution.
