The original Dom Mason designed Tripster in Aluminium. Designed for Gravel, Road, Adventure and all that. Very versatile frame designed to be used with 700c or 26” (or indeed 650b) wheels.
It’s been my trusty commuter, off road crosser and holiday bike for a few years now and very much my ‘If I had to only have one bike this would be it’ bike. But things change and I’ve now got 3 other disc braked road bikes that all fill the niche slightly differently and my shed is overfull.
It’s sub 10kg + mudguards, has massive tyre clearance, brazings for a rear rack and is a riot to ride.
It’s set up with SKS guards and 32c Hyper Randonneurs for the pro-muter and will include a pretty new pair of Clement MXP 32c Knobblies if you fancy some mud.
SRAM Apex 10 speed
TRP Hy/ Rd with new pads
Shimano Centrelock
Decent stem and seatpost/ Fizik Pave
Swept back bars with Cinelli tape
Some old pedals
Hard to know how much to put this up for but as the new Tripster AT has just launched and it’s discounted frameset price is £630 so how about a full bike that will do a similar job for £630?
Bike is in London N8 – can be viewed in central or W8 area - come and have a look.
