Just cycled past a nasty looking scene outside Peckham Library on Peckham Road/Peckham High Street.
Full road closure, accident investigation teams out.
Oil Wagon stopped in the middle of the road.
Blue tarp over something in the road. Ambulance services standing around as if their job had been done.
Fingers crossed whoever needed the attention is ok.
