Is it sitting on innertubes "rack"? Is there something to stiffen the bottom?

Perhaps your definition of quite well is not the same as everyone else...
The centre of gravity looks way too high for it to be rideable around say a roundabout above 10mph.

The Bullitts I use for work all have metal boxes on the front rather than bags. What's the advantage of the bag? Mostly weight?

Testing out new bag made by my mate, handles a 100kg coffee run quite well
