  • I thought there was some chat a few pages back about nutrition for a 100 but I can't find it now.

    What do people recommend/expect to use themselves?

    I was thinking 1.5l of energy drink in a bladder down my skin suit, and as many as 8 gels (in IM racing I used to aim at a gel every 30mins)?

    Anything I do needs to be sorted out this afternoon as I'm just back from hols and I start at 0817 tomorrow.

  • I'd want 2l really. Don't want to be running out.

    Gel every half hour is plenty if they're big ones like ZipVit.
