  • We are contacting you with regards to your recent order in which you placed with us.

    Unfortunately, we’re currently experiencing a few teething issues as part of a systems upgrade which means that we're not able to fulfill part of your order which has resulted in a back order being created.

    To find out which item we’re unable to supply, log into your account by copying and pasting the below link into your browser and then head to the ‘My Orders’ section.

    We have now cancelled this back order which has refunded the cost of the item back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds can take up to 24 hours and card refunds can take around 3-5 working days to show back in your account depending on your banks processing speeds.

    The item may still show as in stock and available on our website, however it is not currently available so we kindly ask that you don’t place a new order for this item. Our IT team are working to resolve this issue. The item should be back in stock in the future but we cannot guarantee when this will be exactly. We suggest that you keep an eye on our website for any updates on the items arrival.

    There is no need to contact us regarding this cancelled back order as this will all be updated in your Wiggle account very shortly.

    We hope this won't deter you from ordering from us again though, our shiny new system will be in place soon so we’ll be back to offering the top-level service you expect from us.
