Flat mount only I'd guess, those adaptors chuck them out really fat.

I'll offer it up, but probably. The issue is the adaptor throws the caliper further out than the original post mount would have sat at, so although the frame would be able to take a post mount without much issue, it's a lot harder with the adaptor.
