    Got my Lefty 130mm 2.0 back from TF. They trigger's broomed it; new lower leg, new seals, rebuilt the roller bearing / telescope stuff. New airspring. Charged me £14 as it was (just!) under warranty and they couldn't say if the old airspring had buggered the lower leg or not so they just assumed it had and replaced it.

    I can kinda see why CSG are taking back Lefty warranty repairs, because that looks suspiciously like 10/10 customer service and Doing The Right Thing.

  • Good service! I was thinking about this, and if feels like the majority of people who buy Cannondales on here buy them a) on sale and b) build them themselves, neither of which is particularly condusive to great afterservice
