    Never calculated meals based on macros, just kind of guestimate when planning.

    I already eat healthy and I know how to lose weight, I just don't like doing it.
    I used to have a shit diet but it's pretty good now - main issues now portion control, excess booze and weekends when I'm not riding I'm bored and eat when I don't need to.

    But I just posed this question because I read another article that had some RDA for something and I thought to myself "I've seen all these RDAs for macros and micros and I've never seen a diet plan that claimed to meet them all" which made me wonder why they even have RDAs if none of the dieticians use them for planning. So, nothing more than curiosity on my part.
