"only" the top 50 went under 50 at the nationals, although it was apparently a slow day (when have you not heard that said after a TT?)..
in reality my main aim is the 10 the day before, but any kind of PB would be good, if it could start with a 4 that would be dream territory.

Wut? I thought any time with a 5 at the beginning of that course was slow on that course these days...
