the police, up until this incident, seem to be doing a good job
on the climbs there is one every 100 - 200 m or so who stop the fucken idiots who run along side the peleton, keep the crowds back and patrol the crowd
much better organised than the tour on the hills, rider safety / ability to ride on the climbs seems much better
