That's bullshit. If they've broken the rules then Liverpool should report them.
Unless of course, Liverpool also break the rules so won't do it because what goes around, comes around.

Oh do me a favour. Everyone knows that Barca operate differently to all other clubs and are allowed to get away with it. It's an unwritten rule.
