I went to see Spring Lane last year and was sorely disappointed. It seems that a project I thought was very theoretically sound just didn't work in practise; the occupants have resorted to adding 'pods' to provide private amenity space, rather than engaging as a community as the architects envisaged.
Also had a look around Tuckey's Yard House which I do recommend if it's open again, and also O'Donnell + Tuomey's Saw Swee Hock building. Again recommended.
Haven't looked at this years yet, though I am on the ballot for the BT Tower.

Open house in a couple of weeks, i usually forget about it until the week of than spend evening before trying to figure out what I want to see.
Going to buy the book early this year (like today) and give myself a bit of time to figure stuff out..
Anyone else excited, have specific buildings they want to see? Bear in mind I generally never pre book and try to avoid queues at all costs..
