James,
I have fitted the Y to these bars and due to the long reach on them I don't think you can get an ideal fit with even the longest of the Y cables
You end up with a tight fit from shifter to shifter and a Chunk of excess on the shorter side as it goes through the drop. The trouble is that the plastic on the Y join is quite bulky so you will end up with that being noticeable through your bar tape.
(Not the end of the world, I am
living with it quite comfortably)
I'm pretty sure those 9170 shifters will have 3 ew ports each, just use one as a master, get the right length ew for Junction to Master and then again for master to secondary shifter using second port. Much tidier!
You seem to have everything figured out for the most part, but you do need another SM-JC41 to connect everything up at your bottom bracket.
Concerning wiring you could go for a Y-cable for your handlebars, using the EW-JC130-SM(or the -MM if you go for some wide bars). The 450mm goes into the left shifter, 50mm into the right shifter and 350mm into your EW-RS910.
From there on you'll need a (long)cable from the EW-RS910 to (around) your bottom bracket into the SM-JC41. Depending on framesize a 1200mm would be nice.
And then a cable from your R8050 to the SM-JC41, I guess something like 700mm to be safe.
Of course another cable from SM-JC41 to EW-WU111. And one from EW-WU111 to BT-DN110-1. Both around 400mm.
To sum it up:
1x EW-JC130-SM
1x EW-SD50 1200mm
1x SM-JC41
1x EW-SD50 700mm
2x EW-SD50 400mm
Hope it helps :)
