This makes me mad, he should be able to do what he likes. I've witness recently two young kids running in a coffee shop who ran head first into the waitress who was carrying a number of hot drinks, only good skills from her stopped her droping the drinks on the kids.

What the difference between that and saying;

I just want to have a relaxing homely environment where everyone speaks English

Too many differences to list, but the most obvious being that children don't have the same rights as adults on account of them also not having the same responsibilities.
