Is that Rowan a fucking joke? That's how much my Talbot cost... with Hydro Di2 and Schmidt lighting throughout.... and HED Belgium's... and a Parlee fork... >>>>>>>>>>>>>
That thing isn't even custom geo. What the hell man. I know it has some nice bits on it but jeez.

Mine in few days, haha :) Can't wait for it to be shipped !
-

I'd say do it, mounts everywhere, huge clearance, strong, non-vertical dropouts. It's great.
-
• #16435
I didn't say don't do it! Just that the caadx will take panniers and shit.
A cross check would probably be more versatile thigh if you want panniers and mudguards everywhere.

Mine just arrived. Still in the box. What tyres and rack are those?
-
• #16440
@campervangogh is that 650 or 700?
-
• #16441
If you're after a 56cm I'm considering selling up. Nothing like a 2 week long tour to make you regret buying a frame slightly too small. Running a pretty eccentric set up inc. downtube shifters and dirt drops, 105 chainset with a 11-34t cassette on the back, so frame might be the only part you want.

Hmmm whereabouts are you based?
Wouldn't mind giving it a spin. I think 56cm may be too large. Especially as it's a cross-check. -

Slick tyres fitted today for the first time in months, oh and the rack.

Hip Hop/Slave Functional
Functional help:
I want to change my caadx for a cross-check.
Cross check seems more versatile. On my caadx I'm worried about cracking a stay from heavy panniers (on the v rare occasions I ride with panniers).
Laner and pastry_bot say DON'Y DO IT. But I want to.
