I wouldn't bother with a graphics card if you're not playing games or graphics work. Onboard graphics on that i3 can cope with 4k video playback, it's unlikely you'd need more.
Yeah to be fair I'm doing proper work on a small MacBook with no egpu and a U class CPU.
