Same situation for me kinda, if I didn't live upstairs or I had a huge lift that would take it I'd buy an urban arrow or something within seconds.

I already have the mega-haulage donkey bike, with associated trailer, but these are just so much more elegant. Plus I like to think I would be able to cycle any children of mine around the quaint little town I end up living in...
