TF tuned just did a warranty repair on my 130mm Lefty...
...then tell me CSG are taking Lefty warranty work back from them and back to in house.

The warranty thing is very definitely not something that Cannondale does well. Or even does, seemingly.
Got my Lefty 130mm 2.0 back from TF. They trigger's broomed it; new lower leg, new seals, rebuilt the roller bearing / telescope stuff. New airspring. Charged me £14 as it was (just!) under warranty and they couldn't say if the old airspring had buggered the lower leg or not so they just assumed it had and replaced it.
I can kinda see why CSG are taking back Lefty warranty repairs, because that looks suspiciously like 10/10 customer service and Doing The Right Thing.
