I don't believe the the top end tange tubing compares favourable with the top end eqivalents from reynolds or columbus.
Some of lightest Japanese tubeset where standard cromo but just butted and quite thin in the middle.
I have seen one of the lightest that had maximum weight rating (about 9.5 stones iirc)and flexible with your fingers if u pressed had enough.
My opinion was that they made them too thin to compete with European tubeset that were experimenting with different alloys and heat treatment.
