Yes, strictly speaking it's still sub judice when it's with the judge. Well done.
Said judge has years of training, practice at the bar, judicial experience, a stack of sentencing guidelines, and the evidence before her in the court upon which to base her decision.
Our witterings are going to have fuck all influence on her decision.

The jury has decided. It's with the judge now, and I doubt she's on Lufguss on a bank holiday night poring through our posts to help her decide what sentence to give him.
