Any reason not to
Depends on what you mean by winter wheels. Hard to get spares when they break/wear out. If you're prepared to replace the whole wheel when the rim wears out, or wait a week for a spoke, then they should be fine. If they have to get you to work every day, some 32 spoke hand built might be a better idea.
