Am in Bath today (taken dad to hospital). Bath city is beyond middle aged. 2 buskers, one performing the Charleston, the other an opera singer
I was in Wells yesterday, and as a man in his mid 50's, I felt like a youngster.
I also noted the idiosyncratic nature of the local buskers.
I actually really like Wells. It is a bit geriatric but a very attractive place. This is despite once spraining my ankle falling in one of those roadside sluices.
Bath on the other hand is probably the world capital of red trousers.
