I was hoping to run 5k every day while on holiday. Looking after my niece plus my two though. Might try and do something tonight.
There's a relatively nice loop I've got, should I do 800 or 1km repeats? No goal, just best bang for buck. Or even 400m. I don't know what I'm doing.
