Have I made an obvious mistake? The way the hose exits the caliper makes me think so, because it'll need quite a bend to run up the fork.
I hope so, because apart from the hose, the caliper is as far to the outside as possible but the outboard pad is up against the rotor.
Failing that, do adaptors come in different widths? It's currently a Hope type F, which is 11.0mm and I need to gain 1mm or 2mm.

Yes - the banjo goes in where the bleed nipple is, and vice versa!
