I'm not trying to be evasive, but best bet is to ask caren and verity, I'm doing all the welding and cutting, and don't have the most up to date delivery date.

I am leaning towards mechanical group set. Mostly given shimano apparent inability to get the r8070 group out anytime soon.
Might treat myself to a power meter instead
